Returns

  • Free local delivery to NG8 areas of Nottingham

  • Nottingham/Derby/Leicester delivery available, price dependent on location.

  • Uk Mainland delivery (new items only) available through Julian Bowen Direct Home Delivery Service - £55 upto 4 cartons, any cartons there after are charged at £6 per carton. 

  • Alternatively Collection available from our showroom.

RETURNS FOR EX-DISPLAY FURNITURE;

Ex-Display items are sold as seen & are non-refundable. Please be sure to check over the condition of ex-display items before leaving the showroom on collection/delivery – After this point we cannot accept returns.

 RETURNS FOR NEW FURNITURE;

Any returns for new items are to be returned to store by customer unless using the Julian Bowen Home Delivery Service. Please note Julian Bowen will only accept returns for new items if faulty & not for change of circumstances. Any Faults must be notified within 48 hours of delivery.
